Race reports

If you take part in a race and loved it/hated it/just want to talk about it then please send a long/short/medium race review to Tracy. They can be anywhere from 5 to 5000 words 🙂

Power Meters

There has been a great uptake in the offer for the Stage One cranks and, as Riana showed us at Kona, knowing your numbers helps  in executing the perfect race! If you are interested in finding out more then please contact Neil.

” Stage One cranks are a power meter (currently used by Team SKY) which measure your power while cycling. They are very accurate ( as they would have to be to be used in the pro peloton) and very easy to apply and most important they bring the cost of power meters down to an affordable level. Prices start around R9500 but as always we will be able to give Dinamic athletes a good discount.
Cranks will be available for Shimano , FSA, SRAM, and Cannondale.

Simon Gregory is selling his (mostly) unused TACX Flow for R4000. Email Neil if interested.

Monthly Time Trials

The monthly TT’s are going really well (and so are the get-togethers afterwards for a beer!!!) and it would be great to have you come and join. The course will be from the Car Park at Noordhoek from 18:30. All athletes will be welcome and we would hope that we can then move up the road to Slip Slops Beach Bar for a refreshment and or bite to eat. Don’t stress its as much about fun as racing but lets look to see as many of you as possible! For more details please contact Neil.
