SAM EDGERLEY’S – IM JOURNEY – Post 1
At the beginning of February we had a visit from ex English 7’s rugby player Sam Edgerley. We did a swim analysis in the endless pool to look at his technique and get him on the right track right from the start before he embarks on his his first IM venture. Sam will be doing IM Vitoria Gasteiz in spain on the 12th July 2020.
Being a top international athlete coming from another sport we thought it would be great to track Sam’s progress along the way as he moves into another sport.
Sam is currently working full time ( not the case when he was a 7’s rugby player) and is having to balance work, married life and training, most age group triathletes will be able to relate to train for three sports and hold down a full time job!
Currently Sam is busy multi tasking, but really enjoying the training!
