Shipping and Returns

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

We offer a door-to-door courier service on a national basis (South Africa) or free collection from our Dinamic Coaching Headquarters Noordhoek in Cape Town. Please select your desired shipping on checkout

Once your order has been shipped, we can email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.

Collection (CPT Only)

  • 24 hour turn-around from time of order & payment received.
  • Collect from Noordhoek, Cape Town.
  • Monday to Friday only, 9am to 5pm unless other time arranged.
  • Cost: FREE of charge

National Express – Next Day Delivery

  • 24 hours
  • JHB; KZN; BLOEM; EAST LONDON; GEORGE; PE; PTA
  • Orders & payments must be placed by 10:30am for next day delivery.
  • Monday to Friday only.
  • Cost:  R100 flat fee for smaller items and R200 for indoor trainers and larger items.

Please note:

Damages: please notify us of any damages as soon as you become aware of these and we will raise with our courier.

If you have special requests outside of these parameters, please mail us directly on info@dinamic-coaching.com

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time.

 


 

RETURNS:

We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase if your goods are found to be faulty or damaged. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your order is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us immediately on info@dinamic-coaching.com

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us, however this will be refunded/credited to your account, should your product be deemed faulty by our customer service team. 

Exceptions: Unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
