Hello Dinamic Athletes

I hope you are all keeping well and remembering the sunblock (to those in the SH) and the brollies (to those in the NH)!

Exciting news is that one of our athletes, Bianca Tait, has been selected to take part in the Xtreme Norseman Triathlon in 2015. She is one of only 18 non-Norwegian women taking part. This is a race that is rated as one of the toughest triathlons in the world and we are so proud of Bianca for entering! If you want to see what all the hype is about then check out this video.

A reminder to all Gauteng athletes that if you want to get involved in any of the group sessions, or are interested in lactate testing then please get hold of Riana. CT athletes can also utilise the awesome studio in Noordhoek for swim analysis, lactate testing, run analysis and Retul bike set up. Give Neil a shout to organise.

New athletes

We want to say a special welcome to our new and returning athletes: David Cowling, Sharon Sunderland, Alisha Myers, Candice Morrison, Mandy Simpson, Gernot Liebentritt, Pietre Smitt, Saafwaan Lewis, Jaco van Tonder and Matthew Cook. It is great to have you a part of the Dinamic Team!

We also want to say a huge congrats to those that finished W2W: Matthew Cook, Jurie Spykerman, Brett Fourie, Werner Fourie, Greg Fury, Colin Chapman,Gernot Liebentritt and Stephan Steyn.

Monthly Time Trials

The Noordhoek time trials are becoming firmly established, with turn-out increasing each week. Dinamic athletes are able to take advantage of a safe and honest 5km course to push themselves and then enjoy a drink and get together afterwards with their fellow, like-minded peeps.  We will look at continuing this going forward and would urge everyone to come along and enjoy. Why not come along and check it out? Feel free to bring a friend!

  • Ironman European season- this may seem like a long way away but 50% of the races are sold out already! Make sure you chat to your coach and then get your entry in ASAP!
