Hello Dinamic Athletes
WOOHOO It is FRIDAY!!
So whilst it may have been a quiet week for most Dinamic athletes, London is pumping with triathlon excitement! South Africa has shown some solid racing, with our own Tayla Glover placing 24th in the u23 Elite race!
Still on racing, we have the first TRIROCK Durban taking place in two weeks time, with 2 of our Guateng athlete’s taking part: Justin Erdis and Riana Robertson. We wish you all the best and hope the race is a speedy one! (If anyone is racing in the next couple of weeks then please drop me a mail as I would love to know about it!)
We a have 2 new development athlete’s joining our team, Amos Bomba and Thambiso Rengene. They are formally overseen by Mr Isaac Kolela but Dinamic Gauteng will be assisting with their program.
There will be some training in Guateng this week and please contact Riana if you are attending

- Wednesday 18h00: Swim- Willowridge High School
- Saturday 07h00 Bike – Group ride with Velo cycling club (group a/b/c – see www.velo.co.za for route updates and start times)
- Saturday Bike and Sea swim: TRIROCK DBN let Riana know who will be joining for the warm up’s
- Sunday TRI ROCK – DURBAN
Note: Riana will not be in Pretoria for group sessions the week 23 – 29 Sept. You will still receive your program per email for that week. For those who are in Durban and Midmar area, and re keen to join for a training session or two please let her know.
CAPE TOWN SWIM SQUAD So to all the Capies who have been in search of a swim squad, Dinamic has secured a heated, indoor pool in Wynberg and would like to know who would be interested in joining? There will be a beginner lane and an intermediate/advanced lane and sets will be focused on triathlon/ open water swimming. Days of the week are TBC but it will be twice a week from 6-7am. Please mail Tracy by 20 September if you are interested.
Today we have a couple of athlete’s racing at Worlds in London and we wish them the best of luck! Alan Bremner is first up at 0800 UK time to take part in the sprint distance and we know he is going to have a cracker of a race!
