Very exciting news is that Dinamic-Coaching is launching bi-weekly technical sessions! They are open to all athletes, although priority will be given to member of Dinamic Multisport, and will be held every Saturday.

August 9th: Running Form: Drills and Training cont
Aug 30th: Bike equipment, and bike fit
Sept 13th Bike Handling Skills
Sept 27th: Bike Group riding skills

To insure quality and good communication at these sessions a Coach – athlete ratio max of 6:1 will be observed.
