This week is whizzing by and for those of you in SA, I hope you had a great Heritage day and managed to spend some time on your bike or out on the trails and roads.
We had some great results in London two weeks agin and are very proud to congratulate the Dinamic athletes that took part.

We also had some epic results at TriRock Durban and send a huge congrats to Justin Erdis for completing his first half-ironman distance race! Also a massive shout out to Donovan Geldenhuis for placing 2nd in his AG and 5th AG’er over all!! Read his blog on the website.
In Cape Town we had the CT Marathon and 10km race and Lee Hutchinson for achieved a PB! Well done!
In Gauteng the group training will only start on 3 October, please let Riana know if you will be attending.

- 26 OCT Sun City open water swim (3000/ 1500 / 500) enter online on www.suncityswim.co.zaentries close 5 Oct 2013.
For the Capies, swim squad will be starting up soon! To those of you that have said you are interested you will be receiving the details in your inbox shortly. If you are interested and have not let me know then please mail me today.
There will be no group ride in CT this weekend, but they will resume after Clanwilliam Triathlon (5 October)
Jailbreak entries are opening today so make sure you keep your eye on their FB page or website- even though it is on a Friday this year (6 December) it is sure to sell out soon!
