Hello Dinamic athletes
Hope the week has been a good one! The week and weekend ahead are certainly busy for a lot of our athletes and we wish them all the best of luck!A special good luck goes out to all the athletes racing the SA Triathlon Champs in Slummies…I mean East London…on Sunday, the weather looks amazing and I know everyone is going to have a great day out!A huge congrats goes out to Andy Robertson for placing 3rd at the Sasol Cross Duathlon in Vereeniging last weekend, we are VERY proud of you!!

A belated congrats goes out to the Dinamic athletes who performed so well at the SA Duathlon champs: Ewert Kleynhans (2nd, 30-34), Tyron Metzer (6th, 30-34) and Leon Page (1st, 55-59). Great results all round!!

The ABSA Cape Epic starts this weekend and it promises to be a cracker, as always! The race starts on Sunday at Meerendal estate, with the amateurs going off from 06h45 and the pros from 10h30. There is an awesome vibe and I would strongly suggest trying to get down to catch some of the action. There is loads on the go, with a special area for the kids (so the parents can enjoy a glass of vino!) . Full spectator guide here.
Ironman SA is now only a few days away (17 to be exact) and Dinamic is putting together a “things you should know” guide. If you have anything to contribute (tips, tricks, helpful hints for first-timers, what NOT to do (if you have had a blunder) and general FYI’s) then please send to Tracy.

This weekend also sees the WP Track and Road TT champs taking place in Cape Town. The Track event is tomorrow (21 March) and the Road TT is on Sunday (23 March). Both start at 08h00 and cost R150.

There is also the Human Rights Day swim at Camps Bay Beach at 10h00, with a 1mile and 3 mile option. You can enter on the day from 08h30am
