Stryd 5.0

We are a high performance club with even our new members making top ten places at races thanks to the quality and specific training Dinamic provided throughout the year

I have no doubt in saying that without Diana and Neil, I would never have accomplished so much in my triathlon career. Thank you!

If there were ever coaches able to make one realise one's full potential it's Dinamic. They are excellent motivators, have expert in depth knowledge - yet are happy to acknowledge that there are things still to be learned – they are both great listeners and ultimately delivers great results

Dinamic has met all my sporting requirements, from nutrition, equipment advice, encouragement, whilst tailoring race specific programmes for me in all triathlon distances, from sprint, standard, middle distance to ironman and have always delivered top quality professional advice. with their dedication I have achieved amazing results.

Neil is highly recommended for his work as a triathlon coach and his triathlon coach education programmes. He knowledge, skills, attention to detail and rapport with athletes, coaches and administrators is excellent.

Hey Riana Thanks the report really made my day! Thank you for all the hard work you have put into my training and you have really exceeded my expectations as a coach!

It has been an eye-opening experience working with Dinamic Coaching. I love the way they work with both the "numbers" as well as the athlete as a person. You know that whenever you get your program a lot of thought has gone into making sure that workouts are designed to get the best out of you possible, and that by race day you will be 100% ready to race!

Just had @retul bike fit, free speed! Pro rank technology for everyone. Love technology! Thanks @Dinamiccoaching
