Happy Christmas Dinamic athletes!
Wow, what a year it has been! With numerous Ironman events, WTC World Champs in London, stage MTB races, aquathons, duathlons….and the list goes on…it has been a cracker year for Dinamic-Coaching and we are so thankful for each and every athlete and the commitment they have shown in 2013! But it is not over yet…
Dinamic Coaching is very proud to welcome new athlete Di McEwan, we look forward to working with you in 2014.
We have finally FINALLY FINALLY managed to tie down the kit! It has been a serious slog (kind of like racing Ironman SA 2012). Tuesday is the last day to confirm orders with Diana and Riana so make sure you drop them a mail to confirm. (We also understand that the process has taken a long time so if you would like to cancel your order that is completely ok, please just let us know). The kit is ASG kit so it is really great quality! Prices are below and are EXCLUDING Vat.

Dinamic-Coaching had a great time at the Jailbreak triathlon at the Brandvlei dam last weekend. Neil had this to say:
“A quick note from Neil and Diana to say well done to all of our athletes who raced at Jailbreak. PB’s abounded. However a special mention has to go to our two Dinamic coaches who raced the Maximum Escape event. Tracy and Riana came in 1st & 2nd to do a Dinamic double and both were inside the top 10 overall, including men. Tracy, especially, had a dominant race to defend her title and improved on last years time by over 20min giving her 6th position in the race, men and women, and the right to call herself escape artist extraordinaire”
In terms of training for the festive period, please note the following:
1. Group training sessions in Gauteng are finished for 2013 and will resume early in Jan, 2014
2. Athletes need to confirm their holiday plans with their coach so that training plans can be updated accordingly.
3. Use the holiday period to think about your long term goal for 2014…and then send it to your coach so your program can be planned in the best way possible
4. Eat, Rest and be Merry!!
And on that note, we hope you have a wonderful Christmas holiday and very Festive New Year!
Neil, Diana, Tracy and Riana
