DINAMIC ATHLETES IN ACTION THIS WEEKEND

This weekend is an action packed one, starting tomorrow with the European standard distance champs in Eilat Israel followed on Saturday with the sprint distance. Good luck to Gavin Jenkins and Helen Campbell (soon to be Jenkins) in ther respective races.   On Sunday it is down to Port Elizabeth for the 2012  Ironman South Africa, Good luck to all Dinamic Athletes racing, Marc De Rooy, Simon Gregory, Robyn Woodward and Hugo Brynard. Go guys!

EDINBURGH ROCK N' ROLL HALF MARATHON

Seems like it was a good day out for all who raced the Edinburgh Rock n' Roll half marathon this last weekend, PB's beeing blown left right and centre, well done Sandra, Janyne and Karen. 

 

 

Well done to Alan Bremner who raced the big one this weekend and finished in an excellent 10h35 at Kona. This just rounded off a fantastic season, Alan you super Star!!!
